With a baby barely a year old, Ludora found herself crying more, overwhelmed by hormones and the looming reality of caring for two very young children. She leaned on her family, who temporarily looked after her eldest, and on the familiar rhythm of her preschool classroom, where the energy of young children and conversations with supportive colleagues helped her push through.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ludora\u2019s advice to new mothers is to be open with your partner, share what you\u2019re feeling, and don\u2019t be ashamed to ask for help.
